  • Conducting high-quality, structured interviews, with the aim of creating a pleasant conversational atmosphere
  • Conducting customer satisfaction and customer loyalty surveys

Your profile

  • Excellent German/and, ore English, spoken and written.
  • Experience as an interviewer desirable, but not mandatory
  • Willing to learn and willingness to work in previously-unknown subject areas
  • Very good expressiveness in spoken and written form
  • High degree of customer orientation, even in stressful situations
  • Willing to do occasional work on weekends and evenings
